Practice has proved that in the cold rolling production and degreasing cleaning process, there are more means and ways to control and remove the amount of residual iron powder; in the cold rolling production, the selection of suitable rolling oil, reasonable distribution of each stand (or each pass) under pressure rate, roll chrome plating and magnetic filter mechanism, etc.; while in the degreasing process, the selection of suitable degreasing solution, strengthening brush roll bristles, adjusting the cleaning temperature and speed, and magnetic filter mechanism, etc. filter mechanism, etc.
