I. Magnetic filter working principle.

It adopts strong magnetic elements to make multiple magnetic rods inserted into the media, and the ferromagnetic particles in the media are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rods to remove the ferromagnetic particles in the media and achieve the purpose of protecting the magnetic pump; magnetic filter when the liquid enters the screen through the main tube, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the screen, and when the media contains fine iron particles, they are adsorbed on the magnetic rod casing, and the clean fluid passes through the screen and is discharged by the The clean fluid is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, the drain plug at the bottom of the main tube can be unscrewed to drain the fluid, disassemble the flange cover, take out the screen and reassemble it after cleaning.

Three, magnetic filter structure type.

There are two types of inlet type and outlet type

Inlet type: installed at the entrance of the pump, the volume is as big as the normal type filter, if equipped with a filter can achieve the function of the normal filter; Outlet type: installed at the outlet of the pump, the volume is smaller. The high pressure and small flow of the outlet medium is injected into the pump after magnetic filtering to take away the heat generated by the pump and lubricate the slide bearing.

Four, magnetic filter installation precautions

The installation of magnetic filter should be carried out according to the flow direction and the recommended installation method and installation requirements shown in the product samples and installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Magnetic filter upstream and downstream can be set up according to the needs of process production with differential pressure meter or pressure gauge to judge the blockage, and should be equipped with back-blowing cleaning pipeline according to the needs of the process.

V. Magnetic filter maintenance precautions.

It should be cleaned regularly, and the cleaning should not be close to the computer floppy disk, bank IC card, watch and other items that are easily subject to dry interference.

1、Pull out the magnetic rod must be placed in a clean place, and there should be no water in the magnetic rod casing.

2、When cleaning, the extracted magnetic rod cover cannot be placed on metal objects to prevent damage to the rod.

3、Connect the interface of the magnetic filter with the liquid slurry output pipeline, so that the liquid slurry flows evenly from the filter, and determine the cleaning cycle after a period of trial.

4、When cleaning, first loosen the clamping screws on the cover and take out the casing cover parts, then pull out the magnetic rod, the ferrous impurities adsorbed on the casing can fall off automatically. After cleaning installation, first put the casing into the barrel, tighten the clamping screws, and then insert the magnetic rod cover into the casing, you can continue to use.
